Mr Obama, you should come to mayo to hear m speak about my experience in making house calls, how innovative mobile health technologies enable mobile low cost care and hear my patients chat a bit about what i i ike to have a doctor in the home. Now that is a " medical home" real doctors in real houses, looking in refrigerators to see what is there, real doctors doing fall prevention revies in the homes of the elderly, real doctors creating solid and lasting medical home relationships with patients in the emerging direct medical practice model.
