Natalie Hodge MD FAAP Innovation in Primary Care

Here is a talk I'm doing for a group of family practitioners in Lexington, Kentucky tomorrow. UK alumnus from all over the US. This shares my perspective in the cost case for innovation in primary care and the differences between incremental innovation and disruption. It makes massive changes in the way you treat patients if you first consider them and treat them as customers. I'd love everyone's feedback if you have tips and suggestions. And if you like it, we'd love to have you send it on to your network!
